Market Trend: Inland Empire's Retail Vacancy Decreases to 8.7%

The Inland Empire retail market experienced a slight improvement in market conditions in the third quarter 2013. The vacancy rate went from 8.9% in the previous quarter to 8.7% in the current quarter. Net absorption was positive 343,466 square feet, and vacant sublease space decreased by 89,076 square feet.
