Blackstone/DDR Buys Regency Shopping Center Portfolio for $332M

A partnership of Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII LP and an affiliate of DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) has acquired seven shopping centers in Southern California, Cincinnati, and suburbs of Washington, D.C., Portland, OR, and Harrisburg, PA.
