Market Trend: Inland Empire's Industrial Vacancy Increases to 7.6%

The Inland Empire Industrial market ended the third quarter 2012 with a vacancy rate of 7.6%. The vacancy rate was up over the previous quarter, with net absorption totaling negative 601,491 square feet in the third quarter.
