Market Trend: Inland Empire's Office Vacancy Decreases to 13.5%

The Inland Empire Office market ended the fourth quarter 2012 with a vacancy rate of 13.5%. The vacancy rate was down over the previous quarter, with net absorption totaling positive 426,219 square feet in the fourth quarter. That compares to positive 150,143 square feet in the third quarter 2012. Vacant sublease space decreased in the quarter, ending the quarter at 151,480 square feet.
